ASV identifies, selects, mentors, showcases and links outstanding entrepreneurs that create solutions to critical global environmental and social problems. These companies serve as leaders in high growth sectors such as renewable energy and clean technology.
Deal Generation
- Deal flow identification and development on behalf of private equity firms and clean energy investors;
- Verifying the business and financial model;
- Developing the business plan and developing all investor documentation;
- Forming the board and management team;
- Problem solving and restricting deals to make them investment ready and/or bankable.
Advisory and Consulting
- Business Mentoring and technical assistance through an extensive network of business consultants and technical experts.
- Business advisory services such as including coaching, training and consulting support as well as assistance with financial modelling;
- Promoting global connections and leveraging the power of global networks for local benefit;
- Training programs and sector based workshops for sustainable enterprises;
- Conducting our annual business and investment Boot camp for selected entrepreneurs working together over one week to provide intensive training, support and knowledge transfer.
- We will also make introductions to prospective investors and provide ‘hand-holding’ through the due diligence and investment assessment process as required.
- Hold Green Network business events for clean and renewable energy entrepreneurs in both Singapore and the region; and
- Developing comprehensive tools and resources for clean energy entrepreneurs.
Investment Facilitation
- Making introductions to financial instructions, impact and strategic investors from our database that is kept up-to-date;
- Showcasing entrepreneurs at our round table events, investor forums, and private investor gathering;
- Directly arranging finance from impact funds, private equity and VC, as well as commercial banks and other strategic investors; and
- Conducting due diligence, contract and performance management and representation at the board level on behalf of investors.
