Who We Are
Apex Strategic Ventures Ltd is a Singapore-based advisory firm working across South East Asia and the wider Asia Pacific. It was established to implement New Ventures Asia, the regional arm of the World Resources Institute's New Ventures programme, founded in Washington DC in 1999 to demonstrate that small and medium sized enterprises delivering social and environmental benefit could attract serious capital and return it.
The firm works along two lines
Engagements range from a defined piece of analysis to multi-year programme implementation.
For philanthropies, foundations, development institutions and corporate funders:Apex designs and runs programmes on the ground, from mandate and strategy through partner selection, delivery, governance and reporting.
For companies, investors and public sector clients:Apex provides management consulting, including strategy and market entry, operating model and organisational design, commercial and financial structuring, transaction support on either side of a deal.
