Mr. Bell has over 15 years of experience in managing companies, facilitating renewable energy investments and advising clients on business-critical projects in Australia and Asia. Mr. Bell is the founder of The Apex Consulting Group, a successful consulting firm based in Jakarta working across Asia. The firm continues to service Fortune 500 companies, Governments and International NFPs. Through the implementation of the New Ventures program, Mr Bell has facilitated over US$ 337 million in debt and equity investments over the past 13 years. Mr. Bell has a solid track-record of delivering value to shareholders, clients and business partners through a culture of business excellence.

Mr. Paroz has over 30 years’ experience leading project teams delivering large-scale projects in the Middle East, Papua New Guinea and South East Asia. He has the proven ability to deliver outcomes under operational and financial pressure including disaster recovery, major organisational restructuring and the development of large-scale logistics infrastructure. His experience has seen him leading assignments in mining, construction, business continuity, distribution channel design and logistics facilities construction and relocation. He is particularly experienced in managing businesses or business units that require a substantial improvement or turnaround in financial performance. This comes from his deep understanding in managing the commercial and financial aspects of business units.

With 15 years direct experience in audit and assurance services Mr Gordon brings to the business a robust domestic & international financial reporting and compliance platform. Mr. Gordon’s passion is to work closely with the executive team contributing as a key value-add participant in a new or growing business that needs someone to take control of the detail so that operational and compliance requirements are met and managed efficiently & effectively.

Mr Susanto is widely accepted to be one of Indonesia’s experts on renewable energy. A certified engineer, Mr Susanto has been working in the renewable energy sector for the past 18 years and has experience working in the U.S, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia. Mr Susanto has been the lead engineer on multiple Solar PV and Hydropower projects working with both the private sector as well as the Government of Indonesia.

Mr. Baroto has over 30 years of business experience with a primary expertise in the strategic management of large organisations and providing advice in matters of human resource management and general management processes. Over the past 30 years, Mr. Baroto has been engaged by a number of corporations to provide strategic advice including PT Japos Boga Buana Sejahtera (JBBS), PT Kezia Boga Pratama and PT Japos Boga Prima Pratama (a food and beverage franchise with 26 outlets).
